2025 – 2026 SDG Futures Fellows Cohort Announced

RCE Greater Atlanta is proud to announce that eighteen talented students have been selected for this year’s SDG Fellowship kicking off Saturday, September 27th. The selected fellows represent 8 higher education institutions and are listed below.

These students will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The fellowship will provide them with valuable experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Students will work in teams to support one of this year’s community partners:

Additional Opportunities to Stay Engaged

  • Join the Guiding Resilience by Offering Wisdom (GROW) Mentorship Program. The GROW Mentorship Program is designed to empower the next generation of climate resilience and sustainability professionals. The program will match experienced climate resilience and sustainability professionals with students and early-mid career professionals who have a desire to grow professionally. Through monthly mentorship sessions, mentors and mentees will explore topics related to professional development in the field of resilience. Mentorship Program participants will also have the opportunity to participate in virtual United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Workshops and virtual mentee meetups.
  • Become a co-host of the RCE Greater Atlanta podcast "Global Goals, Atlanta Action". The current co-hosts, Alex Kozela and Megan Jermak are looking to build a team of about 5 podcast hosts from across the Greater Atlanta region.
  • Become an RCE Member and join us at the upcoming RCE Greater Atlanta meeting.
