The GROW Mentorship Program is designed to empower the next generation of changemakers. It matches experienced professionals in UN SDG-aligned fields with students and early-mid career professionals who have a desire to grow.

From October to March, mentees and mentors build their relationship through strategic goal setting and monthly check-ins. The knowledge exchanged during these check-ins aims to support all participants in their personal and professional development. GROW participants will also have the opportunity to participate in virtual United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Workshops and mentee meetups.

The GROW Mentorship Program localizes the UN SDGs of Quality Education, Gender Equality, Decent Work, Sustainable Cities & Communities, Climate Action, and Reduced Inequalities by sharing professional development opportunities (sustainability conferences, seminars, workshops, internships, and jobs) and recruiting participants from all backgrounds.. We welcome all sustainability leaders in the Southeast and Caribbean to apply to become mentors.

Applications close September 7, 2025

Embracing great mentorship isn't just about fostering communities; it's about cultivating powerhouse workforces poised to revolutionize industries. By doing so, we're not just shaping our youth for brighter futures, but we are shaping the future of innovation and progress in Greater Atlanta.

Mentee Testimonials

"I have had an extremely positive experience meeting with my mentee. I am so grateful to have been
matched with someone who is open and direct about what she would like to learn from our partnership.
And I've gotten a lot out of our relationship, too! Thank you for all of the work that went into setting this program up for the RCE."

"I like the flexibility of the program, no complaints.
My mentor and I make what we want of it
(e.g. looking into masters of sustainability programs, discussing articles/podcasts on sustainability topics, etc.)"
